With solid experience in the various Human Capital models, Sandra started her professional activity in process consulting, having specialized in HR consulting.
Before joining Galp, she worked at Portugal Telecom, where she was Attraction, Development and Retention Director, and at Oi – Rio de Janeiro, as Development Director. Throughout her career, she had the opportunity to develop and manage several national and international projects, having coordinated very diverse and geographically dispersed teams. Sandra holds a degree in Business Management from ISCTE.
