Caroline Mignot holds a BS in Geology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Post-Graduation in Marine Geology focused on Oil Stratigraphy from the Utrecht University (Netherlands) and a Master in Business Administration from Getulio Vargas Foundation (Brazil). She started her Oil Industry career 2013 as researcher for Pre-Salt Characterization at Petrobras Center of Research and started to work with Digital Rock analysis in 2014. She led Halliburton Brazil Digital Rock Office in 2018-2019, acting in commercial and development projects by applying technology for reservoir characterization optimization in diverse oil field scenarios. Currently Halliburton Digital Rock Solution Advisor and Business Development for EESSA Region.

Santiago Drexler

Principal Engineer and Development Team Leader

Santiago Drexler holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), a MS from the University of Oklahoma (USA) and a PhD from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), where he was also a guest professor in Petroleum Engineering for 6.5 years. He started his career in the Oil Industry in 2012 in Chemical EOR projects with an operator in mature & Pre-salt fields in Brazil. He moved on to reservoir engineering and petrophysics through the design and implementation of a pioneer laboratory for SCAL, rock-fluid and fluid-fluid evaluation to support Pre-salt characterization for field development and EOR. He is currently a Principal Engineer and Development Team Leader with Halliburton, integrating digital core analysis and SCAL to reservoir evaluation to support dynamic modelling in a variety of challenging plays across the world.
